[Banking] Counter Services Officer (Teller)- All branches Available 
Location: Kowloon / Hong Kong Island / Kwai Chung/ Tai Po 

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality and efficient counter services to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify and leverage referral opportunities.
• Provide general clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent qualification.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Customer-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Proficient in Chinese word processing and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
• HKSI and IIQE qualifications are highly advantageous.
