About the role

We are searching for enthusiastic talents to join our team. This full-time position will focus on external recruitment.

What you'll be doing

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms.
• Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews.
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to placement.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Interest in Recruitment field is a MUST
• Recent graduates are welcomed. Prior experience is not required as mentorship program is in place.
• Any experience in recruitment or a similar role will be an advantage, but not a must.
• Good written and fluent in Chinese & English
• Team player with a proactive mindset.
