Back Office Admin - Japanese MNC - Assistant Merchandiser (N1/N2 MUST) #RMC

Description

Job Duties:

  • Assist in sourcing, purchasing, and order tracking for Japanese clients.

  • Communicate daily with Japanese suppliers/partners (emails/calls).

  • Maintain product databases and update procurement reports.

  • Coordinate logistics and documentation.

Requirement: 

  • JLPT N2 or N1 certification (MUST).
  • Fluent in spoken/written Japanese (business level).
  • Some Japanese office experience (internship/part-time counts!).
  • Fresh graduates welcome!
  • Basic Excel skills.
