Counter Services Representative / Teller (Stable, Less OT) #RCS

Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality and customer-friendly counter services to customers
  • Handle daily financial transactions and customers' enquiries
  • Refer Customers to respective colleagues in satisfying customer’s other financial needs 
  • Provide excellent service in handling customer issues and enquiries in a timely, problem-free and responsive manner
  • Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity; and
  • Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work

Requirements

  • Have 1year banking customer services / Teller experience
  • Strong desire to develop career in banking industry
  • Customer-oriented, independent, pro-active, and presentable
  • Strong commitment and good communication skills
  • Basic PC knowledge
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Work location: Branch placement will be subject to hiring team's final decision
