Manager (Cyber Resilience)

Compensation:

• Salary: HKD 50,000 - 60,000 x 12 + bonus
• Annual Leave: 20 days + medical coverage including spouse

Major Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company’s cyber security posture and develop mitigation strategies for identified risks.
• Establish processes for cyber threat intelligence collection and analysis.
• Conduct cyber resilience assessments, contributing to risk metrics reporting.
• Develop and coordinate the company’s cyber resilience strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry practices.
• Provide advisory services on cyber security for IT projects and manage the Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Liaise with auditors for assessments and regulatory matters.

Requirements:

• University degree in information technology, cyber security, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in cyber security or technology risk management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO27001, CSA STAR, and regulatory frameworks.
• Relevant certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in both English and Chinese.

Senior Specialist / Specialist (Cyber Resilience)

Compensation:

• Salary: HKD 30,000 - 45,000 x 12 + bonus
• Annual Leave: 17 days + medical coverage including spouse

Major Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess the company’s cyber security posture.
• Support cyber resilience assessments for new projects and existing processes.
• Assist in implementing cyber security projects and enhancements.
• Provide advisory services on IT architectural designs and manage the SOC.
• Collaborate with auditors and regulators on cyber resilience matters.

Requirements:

• University degree in information technology, cyber security, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cyber security or technology risk management.
• Familiarity with ISO27001, CSA STAR, and HKMA CFI 2.0 frameworks.
• Relevant certifications (CISA, CISM, etc.) preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
