Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to high-end clients, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of luxury products (e.g., fashion, accessories, or jewelry), emphasizing craftsmanship, heritage, and exclusivity to drive sales.

• Achieve sales targets by understanding client needs, offering tailored recommendations, and upselling complementary products.

• Maintain the boutique’s luxurious ambiance by ensuring impeccable visual merchandising and product displays that align with brand standards.

• Actively build and manage a client book through follow-ups, personalized outreach, and exclusive event invitations to enhance loyalty.

•  Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and daily operational tasks to ensure seamless boutique operations.

• Embody the brand’s values and aesthetic, acting as an ambassador during client interactions and brand events.

• Work closely with colleagues to deliver a cohesive, high-end service experience and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, fashion, or a client-facing role.

• Passion for luxury goods and a strong understanding of high-end customer service.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with sophisticated clientele.

• Professional presentation and demeanor, reflecting the brand’s prestige.

• Strong command of written and spoken Cantonese and/or Putonghua; proficiency in English is an advantage.

• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
