Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Work life balance)

This is a fantastic opportunity for Big4 auditors or banking professionals seeking to transition into a stable, in-house risk management / Debt Recovery role within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute debt recovery processes for SME commercial loans.

• Conduct detailed reviews of loan applications and cases to ensure strict adherence to the bank's credit policy and risk appetite.

• Collaborate with other teams to mitigate risk and ensure portfolio health.

• Prepare reports and documentation related to loan reviews and recovery activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in one of the following fields:

  • Banking: As a Loan Analyst, Credit Analyst, or in a related role.

  • Audit: External or internal audit experience within a Big 4 or similar firm, with exposure to financial services or commercial lending clients.

• Candidates with immediate availability will be prioritized.

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.

• Good understanding of credit risk principles is preferred.
