Job Title: Assistant Personal Banking Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve business sales targets by promoting retail banking products and services to mass-market customers.

• Identify and fulfill customer needs, providing high-quality and professional service.

• Make referrals for specialized financial products as needed.

• Contribute to initiatives that continuously enhance the customer service experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the banking industry.

• Strong knowledge of various retail banking products.

• Sales-driven, customer-oriented team player with excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.

• Holding relevant HKSI, IIQE, and MPF licenses is highly preferred.
