As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in matching top-tier executives across diverse industries. By working closely with clients to assess their requirements and conducting thorough research candidates, you will ensure the right fit for long-term success.

Job responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Gain insight into clients' hiring requirements and workplace culture.

• Candidate Discovery: Identify potential candidates through job platforms, social media, and professional connections.
• Networking & Communication: Foster strong relationships and long-lasting connections with both clients and candidates through consistent interaction.
• Talent Pool Development: Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates, both actively seeking and passively considering opportunities.
• Negotiation Support: Facilitate discussions to ensure agreements that benefit all parties involved.

Skills/requirements:

• Education: Min. bachelor's degree in any discipline, major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field will be a plus.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are welcomed. Previous experience in talent acquisition or similar role will be an advantage, but not a must.
• Required skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and strong organizational and time management skills
• Required ability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Languages: Fluency and well-written in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
