Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies tailored to the school’s needs.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor regulations.
• Support staff development and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with school leadership to align HR strategies with institutional goals.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of HR experience, specifically in the education industry.
• Proven management experience in HR.
• Hands-on approach with strong organizational skills.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
