HR Manager / HR Business Partner (FinTech)

We are a leading FinTech firm seeking an experienced HR Manager / HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile HR professional to contribute to a well-established and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as an HR Business Partner, driving people initiatives and supporting business objectives

• Manage end-to-end HRBP functions with occasional involvement in talent acquisition

• Work closely with department heads to provide strategic HR support

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager/HRBP, preferably within the financial services or FinTech industry

• Versatile HR generalist with strong business partnering skills

• Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor in a collaborative environment
