Senior Business Strategy Manager (Talent Development)

Location: Central

Salary: HKD 60,000–90,000 x 12 months + bonus

Benefits: 22 days annual leave

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR operations to meet business goals
  • Advise on talent management and employee development
  • Work with leaders to build talent pipelines
  • Manage talent review and succession planning
  • Promote a learning culture and design training programs
  • Enhance Bank of China’s talent brand
  • Analyze talent metrics and report to management
  • Drive employee engagement and corporate culture initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
  • Strong HR experience, preferably in banking (retail banking ideal)
  • Expertise in talent management and Learning & Development
  • Work independently in a team of 3–4, reporting to team head
