Senior Business Strategy Manager (Talent Development)
Location: Central
Salary: HKD 60,000–90,000 x 12 months + bonus
Benefits: 22 days annual leave
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR operations to meet business goals
- Advise on talent management and employee development
- Work with leaders to build talent pipelines
- Manage talent review and succession planning
- Promote a learning culture and design training programs
- Enhance Bank of China’s talent brand
- Analyze talent metrics and report to management
- Drive employee engagement and corporate culture initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
- Strong HR experience, preferably in banking (retail banking ideal)
- Expertise in talent management and Learning & Development
- Work independently in a team of 3–4, reporting to team head
