Talent Development Intern (Recruitment sales team)
Description
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and engage with talent across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure the best fit.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in ANY discipline
- Can work at least 2 days per week
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset.
