Recruitment Intern (Summer/ Full time/ Part time)

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and highly motivated Year 2 to Year 4 university students to join our dynamic team as Recruitment Interns. This is not a typical "back-office" internship; you will be directly involved in the end-to-end recruitment cycle, gaining genuine, hands-on experience in the talent acquisition industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening potential candidates to coordinating interviews and managing the offer stage.
• Actively identify and reach out to top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and participate in face-to-face or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive and professional experience throughout their application journey.
• Stay updated on industry trends and talent market movements to provide valuable insights to the team.
• Work closely with consultants to close recruitment cases and meet team objectives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Year 2, 3, or 4 students are preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese.
• E-type personality who enjoys meeting new people and thrives in a social, fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a persuasive "gift of gab," and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and eager to learn the "ins and outs" of the recruitment industry.
