Business Development Consultant (Recruitment industry )

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and reach out to potential corporate clients through strategic Cold Calling and Warm Calling.
• Understand client pain points to develop effective "Pitch Points" and tailored recruitment solutions.
• Negotiate terms of business and prepare professional Tenders and Quotations for recruitment services.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with HR managers and business leaders to become their trusted hiring partner.
• Source, screen, and present the most suitable candidates to meet client requirements accurately.

Requirement 

• Bachelor Degree or above from all discipline 
• An outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for communicating and building rapport with people.
• A strong desire to learn the "art of the deal" and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English and Cantonese/Mandarin to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
