Counter Service Officer / Teller (All Locations — HK Island, Kowloon, New Territories)

Salary: HK$20,000–30,000 per month (12 months) + performance bonus

We are hiring friendly, customer-focused Counter Service Officers / Tellers to join our retail banking teams across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers at the branch counter and process a variety of day-to-day banking transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional, helpful manner at all times.

• Identify customer needs and promote appropriate banking products and services during transactions.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures and security standards.

Requirements

• Secondary education or above.

• Counter Service Officer: minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

• Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, professional attitude.

• Proficient in both Chinese (Cantonese) and English.
