Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Work with senior consultants to understand client hiring needs and company culture.

• Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and approach potential candidates via job portals, social media (LinkedIn), and professional networking.

• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, motivations, and cultural fit.

• Offer Management: Assist in the negotiation process to ensure a win-win outcome for both client and candidates.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients to generate repeat business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (Graduates of 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026).

• Prior experience in campus club/ student societies/ event organizations/ client-facing roles.

• Excellent command of either Cantonese or English (able to do business call).

• A "can-do" attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
