About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented banking professional to lead our Remittance Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing remittance operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence across inward, outward, and intermediary remittance services.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the daily operations of the Remittance Centre, covering inward remittance, outward remittance, and intermediary remittance services, including case investigation.

• Ensure full compliance with internal guidelines, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.

• Review and enhance workflows, procedures, and systems to optimize operational efficiency and risk control.

• Support all SWIFT message routing and management for the bank, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

• Supervise and motivate team members to perform routine and ad-hoc tasks effectively, fostering a high-performance culture.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.

• At least 7 years of experience in remittance operations, with solid knowledge of payment execution and transaction monitoring in relation to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) matters.

• Hands-on experience in case investigation is required.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide and develop a team.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.

• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

• Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for the position of Senior Remittance Manager.
