Key Responsibilities

• Execute the full recruitment life cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Engage in constant communication with candidates and potential clients to build professional networks.
• Manage job postings across various digital platforms and social media channels.
• Coordinate with senior consultants to match the right talent with the right - corporate opportunities.

Requirements

• Current University Student (Year 2 to Year 4) in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• An extroverted personality who enjoys meeting new people and building professional relationships.
