[Property Management Assistant] Banking Sector
Location: Central & Western District
Salary: $28K – $35K/month (Based on experience)
The Role:

Manage banking property Leasing & Sales matters.

Communicate with incorporated owners and tenants regarding Tenancy Renewals.

Oversee Maintenance and coordinate with contractors.
-
Handle general property management and promotional activities.
Requirements:
-
1–3 years of full-time experience in Property or Facility Management.
-
Estate Agent License (EAQE) is highly preferred.
-
Degree holder in Property Management or related disciplines is an advantage.

Note: Previous experience in banking properties is not required.
