We are looking for energetic 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates to join our team as Recruitment Consultants!

Job Duties:

-  Source and identify high-quality candidates through various channels to meet the unique needs of clients across different industries.

-  Act as an advisor to both clients and candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

-  Perform professional talent matching by understanding job requirements and evaluating candidate aspirations to ensure the best fit.

-  Build and maintain a strong professional network and stay updated on market trends.

Requirement:

- People Person who enjoy interacting with people and prefer a dynamic environment over a desk-bound, data-heavy role.

- Proactive, persuasive, and confident in using your communication skills to influence others.

- Final year students or recent graduates from any discipline (Class of 2024/2025/2026). No prior experience required – comprehensive training will be provided!
