What You Will Do

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Help source candidates from various platforms.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews.
• Partner with the team to devise innovative recruitment strategies.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to successful placement.

Requirements： 

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Yr 2 or above)
• Enjoy working as a team, connecting with people, building and maintaining new relationships
• Able to work, process information clearly and in an organized way under fast-paced environment
• A strong team player who is self-motivated, energetic and ambitious
• Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills are required
• Good written and fluent in Chinese & English
