Roles

• Team Support Model: Supports 1 to 2 Relationship Managers (RMs) - Private banking directly, handling both established portfolios and developing books.

• Desk & Coverage: Focuses on Greater China and Hong Kong markets.

• Core Responsibilities: Hands-on end-to-end support with a heavy emphasis on account opening, client onboarding, and trade execution.

Requirements

• Background: Private Banking or Premium banking experience is strongly preferred, as RMs expect candidates familiar with PB standards and workflows. Candidates from Retail/Premier Banking may find it challenging unless they have direct PB transferability.

• Language Skills: Trilingual fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (essential for Greater China client interaction).

• Licensing Requirements:

  • SFC Type 1 registration/qualification.

  • SFC Type 4 is NOT required for this role, reducing regulatory hurdles for incoming candidates.
