[Retail Banking] Multiple Positions Available – Front-line to Back Office (All Levels) #RWF-SS

Available Positions & Key Responsibilities

We are actively recruiting for the following areas:

1. Retail Banking & Front-line Operations:

Teller / Customer Service Officer: 

- Handle daily counter transactions, provide excellent customer service, and identify referral opportunities.

GBO / Branch Sales / Relationship Manager / Premier RM / Insurance Specialist / Branch Manager:

- Drive sales of banking products (deposits, investments, insurance), manage customer portfolios, and build long-term client relationships.

Branch Operations Maker / Checker: 

- Lead a team, oversee branch operations, and ensure sales targets and service standards are met.

2. Operations & Processing (Back Office):

Bills & Data processing: 

-提出及提入交換票處理、電子交換業務處理、憑證文件的掃瞄及保存、客戶錯誤入賬支援工作、提款機(ATM)/存鈔機(PCD)的失卡/投訴/賬務清算等

Remittance & Payments Processing: 

Process local and international wire transfers, handle documentation, and ensure compliance with payment protocols.

Credit Execution: 

Facilitate the drawdown process, prepare documentation, and ensure all conditions are met for loan disbursement after credit approval.

3. Control, Compliance & Risk:

Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Analyst/Officer: 

Perform KYC checks, onboard new clients, and periodically review existing customer files.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Analyst/Manager: 

Monitor transactions for suspicious activities, investigate alerts, and file regulatory reports.

 

Requirements (vary subject to different roles)

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry. Candidates for senior and managerial roles should possess at least 3+ years of experience with demonstrated leadership.

Skills: Strong attention to detail, good numerical and communication skills, and a risk-conscious mindset for control functions.

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred. Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., HKSI paper 1,7,8 / IIQE 1,2,3 / AAMLP / FRM / CPA / etc) are a plus.

Language: Proficiency in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is advantageous.
