VIP Lounge Assistant CS Supervisor (Premium Mall)

Location: Kowloon District (九龍區)

Salary: HK$24,000 – $28,000 + Performance Bonus

Employment Type: Full-time Permanent 位 (5-Day Work Week | Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM, 9 hours per day)

Key Responsibilities

• VIP Servicing: Assist in supervising daily VIP Lounge operations and deliver premium, face-to-face hospitality services to high-net-worth members and VVIPs.

• Relationship Management: Maintain excellent and long-term relationships with premium members, assisting with privilege redemptions, luxury gift distribution, and exclusive member events.

• Team Support: Support the supervisor in leading frontline staff to handle special customer requests, enquiries, and unexpected complaints professionally.

Requirements

• Background: 2–3 years of experience in high-end Customer Service, Luxury Retail, or Star-rated Hotels is highly preferred.

• Education: Diploma / Bachelor degree holder or above (Majors in Property Management, Hospitality, or Business-related disciplines are an advantage).

• Languages: Fluent English and Mandarin are a MUST ( 英文、普通話必須流利), with a good command of Cantonese.
