Senior Officer / Assistant Manager – Mortgage Loan Operations

Location: Hong Kong
Salary: HK$25,000 – HK$30,000 per month + Bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end mortgage loan operations and processing / Reverse Mortgage Programme 
• Prepare and review mortgage loan documentation
• Perform loan drawdown, repayment and post-loan administration
• Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties to facilitate smooth loan processing
• Support daily mortgage operation activities and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Degree holder is a must
• Minimum 4 years of mortgage loan operations experience within the banking industry
• Hands-on experience in mortgage loan processing, documentation and related back-office functions
• Familiar with banking operations, procedures and compliance requirements
• Detail-minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English and Chinese

Important

• Applicants must possess banking mortgage loan back-office experience
• Candidates from Teller, Branch Customer Service, Relationship Management or other non-mortgage operation functions will not be considered
• This is a genuine back-office mortgage operations position
