Responsibilities

• Support clients in managing high-volume hiring projects across frontline, operations, customer service, and entry-level positions.
• Source, screen, and coordinate large pools of candidates efficiently while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce demands and deliver talent within tight timelines.
• Manage interview scheduling, offer administration, and onboarding processes to ensure smooth hiring outcomes.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates in a competitive market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or workforce solutions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Energetic, adaptable, and motivated by achieving targets and delivering results.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
• No recruitment experience required — training and development will be provided.
