What You'll Do

• Source and identify potential candidates through various recruitment channels (e.g. LinkedIn, JobsDB, various social media platform)
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate applications
• Assist in job advertisement posting and employer branding initiatives
• Build and maintain candidate relationships
• Support market research and talent mapping projects
• Work closely with consultants on live hiring assignments
• Participate in team meetings, recruitment campaigns and business projects

Who We're Looking For

• Undergraduate students from any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn
• Comfortable speaking with different people
• Interested in Human Resources, Recruitment, Business, Psychology, Marketing, Communications or related fields
• Fluent in English and Chinese preferred
