職責範圍

• 於分行提供優質客戶服務，解答一般貸款查詢。

• 協助處理貸款申請（Loan Processing）及文件審核。

• 維繫良好客戶關係，支援分行日常行政運作。

• 100% 純客戶服務： 絕無銷售指標（No Sales Target），毋須追數或 Cold-Call。

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service and handle general loan inquiries in a branch environment.

• Assist in loan processing and documentation tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.

• Maintain positive customer relationships and support daily branch administrative operations.

• 100% Pure Customer Service Role: Strictly zero sales targets or cold-calling required.
