We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Recruitment Intern to support our Finance & Financial Institutions (FI) recruitment team. This internship offers exposure to the banking, financial services, asset management, insurance, and fintech sectors, providing hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and market mapping.

You will work closely with experienced consultants and gain valuable insights into the financial services recruitment industry while developing a strong understanding of market trends and talent landscapes across Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

• Support consultants in sourcing and identifying finance and banking professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter and various recruitment platforms.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping across Financial Institutions, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Asset Management, Insurance, and FinTech sectors.
• Screen candidate profiles and assess suitability against client requirements.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines.
• Assist in preparing candidate reports, market intelligence, and recruitment presentations.
• Support business development activities through market research and competitor analysis.
• Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment processes and candidate documentation.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
• Strong Yr 4 student will have return offer. 
• Strong interest in financial services, banking, and recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Outgoing and talkative 
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is advantageous.
