Key Responsibilities

• Talent Mapping & Sourcing: Identify, engage, and screen top-tier executives via targeted headhunting, talent mapping, and market research.

• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, track executive movements, and generate insights in your specialized sector.

• Candidate Management: Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate competencies, and manage candidate experience from application to placement.

• Client Engagement: Support senior consultants on pitch presentations, client briefings, and account management across Greater China.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above from a top university in Hong Kong or overseas (Fresh graduates and IANG visa holders welcomed).   

• Language Proficiency: Native/Fluent Mandarin and English are essential; Cantonese is a strong plus.

• Mindset: Strong commercial sense, high resilience, self-motivated, and target-driven.

• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to converse with senior corporate leaders.

• 人才地圖繪製與尋源： 透過精準獵頭、人才地圖繪製及市場研究，識別、聯繫並篩選頂尖高管。

• 市場情報： 監控行業趨勢、追蹤高管動態，並在您的專精領域內產出市場洞察。

• 候選人管理： 進行初次面試、評估候選人能力，並管理從申請到成功入職的整體候選人體驗。

• 客戶互動： 協助資深顧問進行項目提案、客戶簡報，以及大中華區的客戶關係管理。

我們尋找的人才

• 學歷： 香港或海外頂尖大學學士或以上學位（歡迎應屆畢業生及 IANG 簽證持有人申請）。

• 語言能力： 必須精通／流利普通話及英語；懂粵語者更佳。

• 心態： 具備強烈的商業觸覺、極高的抗壓能力、積極主動且以目標為導向。

• 溝通能力： 具備卓越的人際交往與溝通能力，並有信心與企業高層對話。
