Job Responsibilities

• Conduct credit and investment analysis for infrastructure-related financing and investment opportunities
• Perform due diligence, financial assessment and risk evaluation on new transactions
• Support investment approval processes and investment committee reviews
• Monitor and manage infrastructure investment portfolios and risk exposures
• Review complex financing structures, financial models and transaction documentation
• Participate in portfolio reviews, stress testing and risk reporting
• Support securitisation and structured finance initiatives
• Work closely with investment, legal and business stakeholders on transaction execution
• Provide market research and insights on infrastructure, financing and investment trends

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Investment or related disciplines
• Around 12+ years of experience in Infrastructure Financing, Project Finance, Investment Management, Credit Risk or related areas
• Experience gained from institutional banks, investment firms, funds, advisory firms or financial institutions preferred
• Strong understanding of infrastructure financing, credit analysis and investment transactions
• Exposure to securitisation, structured finance or alternative investments is an advantage
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and risk assessment skills
• Experience reviewing transaction documentation and complex deal structures
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills
