Responsibilities

• Source and attract healthcare professionals across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare sectors.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and career goals.
• Manage recruitment assignments from candidate sourcing to successful placement.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and industry stakeholders.
• Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs and organizational culture.
• Conduct market research on industry hiring trends and competitor activities.
• Provide talent market insights and recruitment recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Candidates with Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Psychology, or Business backgrounds are welcome.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Interest in healthcare and life sciences industries.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
