Duties
- Introducing Banking / retirement financial products to potential clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
Requirements
- Degree holder
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking / financial institution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
