Job Duties
- Responding to customer inquiries about Pension service
- Helping customers resolve problems like transaction disputes.
- Informing customers about pension products and services.
- Following banking regulations during interactions.
- Keeping records of customer calls and issues.
- Collaborating with other teams to solve complex problems.
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- IIQE Lincenses 1,3
- 具有4年或以上在銀行/ Insurance / 金融機構Call Center (Insurance products)任職的經驗
