The Role

You will be responsible for the full software development life cycle (SDLC) of the institution’s core internal systems. From designing robust backend services to ensuring seamless integrations, you will contribute to high-impact projects that support daily operations and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java/J2EE frameworks.

• Develop backend services utilizing Spring Boot, Hibernate, or Microservices architecture.

• Conduct system analysis, coding, testing, and debugging to ensure high performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.

• Provide ongoing support and enhancement for existing web-based platforms.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Technical Skills:

  • Solid experience in Java development.

  • Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: Spring Boot, Hibernate, or Microservices architecture.

  • Familiarity with web technologies and database management.

• Experience: Proven track record in application development. Candidates with a background in IT Consultancies or Solution Vendors are highly welcomed.
