The Role
As a PeopleSoft Analyst Programmer, you will play a key role in the development, customization, and maintenance of institutional campus solutions and HR/Finance systems. You will work closely with a professional team to deliver high-quality technical solutions that support the institution’s digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities

Perform system analysis, design, development, and implementation of PeopleSoft applications.

Conduct coding and customization using PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interface, etc.).

Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical support.

Prepare technical documentation and perform unit testing/troubleshooting to ensure system stability.

Assist in system upgrades and integration with other internal platforms.
What We Are Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Technical Expertise: Proven experience in PeopleSoft development and familiarity with PeopleTools.

Background: Solid working experience in application development. Candidates coming from IT Consultancies or Vendors are highly welcomed.

Soft Skills: A strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Language: Proficient in English and Cantonese.
