• The Role

We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive (level depending on experience) to join our healthcare marketing team. You will lead or support all-round marketing activities – from product marketing to digital campaigns – for a growing wellness brand.

This role sits within a small, collaborative team of 4–5 people, and requires strong written communication skills in both Chinese and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute all-round marketing strategies, including product marketing and digital marketing

• Create compelling marketing copy for websites, social media, email campaigns, and product launches

• Manage social media platforms and online content to drive brand awareness and engagement

• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns

• Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximise ROI

• Support new product launches from marketing perspective (messaging, positioning, go-to-market plans)

• Work closely with external agencies and vendors where needed

About You

You have solid experience in the healthcare industry and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You write well in both Chinese and English – clear, persuasive, and accurate. You are either ready to step up into a management role (AM) or are an experienced executive looking for growth (SME).

Job Requirements

Education:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline

Written Language Skills (non-negotiable):

• DSE Chinese & English: Level 4 or above
  OR

• A-Level Chinese & English: Grade C or above

Experience:

• Healthcare industry experience is mandatory (wellness, pharmaceutical, medical devices, biotech, or similar)

• For Assistant Marketing Manager: proven track record in a senior executive or junior manager role

• For Senior Marketing Executive: solid hands-on marketing experience with ability to work independently

Skills:

• All-round marketing knowledge – product marketing and digital marketing

• Strong copywriting and content creation skills (Chinese and English)

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools

• Good analytical skills and data-driven mindset

Languages:

• Excellent written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) and English
