Responsibilities

• Solicit new SME banking account referrals to achieve individual sales and referral targets
• Develop and maintain close relationships with business partners, associations, and professional networks
• Identify and explore new business opportunities through partner channels
• Drive conversations and business leads generated through internal stakeholders
• Conduct outreach meetings, calls, and sales presentations with SME prospects and partners
• Proactively promote a range of SME banking products and services based on clients’ business needs
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the SME Banking team
• Participate in business outreach events as required

Requirements

• Secondary education or above
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales or relationship‑building experience, preferably in retail banking, SME banking, or commercial banking
• Strong understanding of banking products, especially deposit, payroll, and related SME solutions
• Outgoing, self‑motivated, and able to perform under target‑driven environment
• Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
• Holders of IIQE Papers 1 & 2 will be highly regarded
• Mature, positive attitude with strong sense of ownership
