Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and perform checker / authorisation duties for mortgage and retail lending operations
• Monitor end-to-end loan and mortgage processes, including application handling, documentation review, and disbursement procedures
• Ensure all operations comply with internal policies, HKMA regulations, and risk control standards
• Support daily operations for retail banking products, including mortgage, loans, insurance, and investment products
• Review operational workflow and enhance efficiency and control measures
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (frontline, compliance, credit team) to ensure smooth processing
• Assist in audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of retail banking / lending operations experience
• Strong knowledge in mortgage and loan operations (application, monitoring, processing)
• Familiar with retail banking products, including insurance and investment products
• Prior experience in checker / supervisory role is an advantage
• Holder of HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8 and IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3, 5 preferred
• Detail-oriented, strong risk awareness, and good analytical skills
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese
