About the Role

Join our IT & AI recruitment team and help organizations hire top talent across artificial intelligence, machine learning, software engineering, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data science, digital transformation, and emerging technology functions.

This role offers excellent exposure to Hong Kong's rapidly evolving technology landscape, AI innovation, and fast-growing tech-driven businesses.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage IT and AI professionals through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and recruitment databases.
• Conduct candidate interviews to assess technical expertise, project experience, and career aspirations.
• Support clients in hiring talent across AI, software development, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and digital transformation functions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from talent sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain pipelines of technology and AI talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, cloud technologies, and the broader technology market.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, talent mapping, and market intelligence projects within the IT and AI sectors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with technology professionals, AI specialists, hiring managers, and business leaders.
• Advise clients on talent availability, hiring strategies, and market trends within the technology and AI landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong interest in information technology, artificial intelligence, data analytics, digital transformation, or emerging technologies.
• Passion for learning about the technology industry and evolving AI developments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to build a career in consultative recruitment.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
