Key Responsibilities 主要職責

• Data Operations 數據處理: Manage and input daily operational data, ensuring high accuracy and alignment with banking compliance guidelines.

• Reporting & Analysis 製作報告: Utilize data tools to generate regular operational summaries, tracking records, and internal reports for management review.

• Administrative Support 行政協調: Support routine back-office workflows, document filing, and system maintenance tasks within the operations team.

Critical Requirements 職位要求

• Technical Skills 必備電腦技能: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with hands-on capability in VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables (必須熟練操作 VLOOKUP 及 Pivot Table).

• Education 學歷要求: Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or above from a recognized university.

• Experience 實習經驗: Prior internship experience is required, preferably within a Bank, Financial Institution, or Data Analysis corporate role (有銀行或數據分析實習經驗者優先).

• Languages 語言能力: Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (流利中英普).
