About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced trade finance professional to join our banking operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing bills transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting system enhancements to drive operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Process bills transactions and handle trade finance services efficiently and accurately.

• Prepare comprehensive reports related to trade processing activities.

• Perform trade services documents checking in accordance with established standards and best practices.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational guidelines.

• Participate in system enhancement projects and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Undertake ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma & Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of banking experience in Bills Operation or Trade Finance, with solid practical knowledge of trade processes and documentation.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle operational challenges effectively.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese) is essential.
