About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing channel partner relationships, and delivering exceptional service to clients in the MPF and retirement benefits space.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform the full sales cycle independently, including prospecting, presenting, probing, penetrating, and post-servicing to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• Engage designated channel partners and client prospects, achieving sales and new business profitability targets.

• Provide comprehensive sales support to channel partners and clients, ensuring a seamless experience.

• Build and deepen relationships with various channels and client segments through regular visits, meetings, trainings, and seminars.

• Handle enquiries and complaints from channel partners and clients in a professional and timely manner.

• Work collaboratively with other teams, departments, and eMPF to facilitate client onboarding and service delivery.

• Build and maintain a professional corporate image and reputation for the BCT group of companies across all channel partners and client segments.

• Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in the financial industry.

• Passed in the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) Examination.

• Holder of relevant SFC license or passed in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination (HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8 or equivalent).

• Good understanding of the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) and Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance (ORSO).

• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
