Job Responsibilities

• Explore and develop cross-border business opportunities, facilitating customer acquisition within the Mainland Chinese customer segment.

• Identify and fulfil client needs by conducting thorough financial analysis and providing tailored banking solutions.

• Initiate and implement strategic initiatives to promote a full range of banking services, driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant discipline.

• At least 5 years of sales experience in the consumer banking field.

• Experience in cross-border business or segment business, particularly handling Mainland Chinese clients, is preferred.

• Holder of relevant licenses including HKSI 1, 7, 8 (or equivalent), IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3 & 5, and MPF Intermediaries Examination is preferred.

• Sound knowledge of investment markets and a wide range of banking products.

• Sales and customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong people network in Mainland China to support business development efforts.

• Ability to communicate independently with Chinese financial institutions.

• Occasional business travel may be required.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua is essential.
