[Banking] Strategic Development Manager

Location: Central

Job Highlights

• Cross-Functional Influence: Act as the central coordinator across various business units to drive the implementation of key strategic banking projects.

Key Responsibilities 

• Project Coordination 項目推進: Partner with different departments to monitor and drive the execution progress of business projects, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic objectives.

• Executive Reporting 撰寫戰略報告: Prepare high-level business development plans, strategic presentations, and corporate performance reports for executive leadership.

• Strategy Monitoring 策略監控: Track key milestone achievements, evaluate business unit performance, and identify potential areas for operational improvement.

Job Requirements 

• Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Experience : Minimum 3 to 8 years of professional banking experience. Prior exposure to Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, or frontline business operations is highly advantageous (具商業銀行、企業銀行或前線經驗者優先).

• Core Competencies : Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills combined with a strategic mindset.

• Languages : Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is preferred (流利中英文，具備良好普通話溝通能力佳).

• Availability : Candidates who are immediately available will be given priority (能即時到職者優先).
