Branch Manager – Retail Banking ($55K–$63K + Bonus)

Locations: Tuen Mun / Yuen Long / Tin Shui Wai / Island East

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: HK$55,000 – $63,000

• Incentives: High sales incentives + Performance bonus

• Target: Open to Senior RMs looking to move into Sales Management

Key Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and drive overall sales performance.

• Manage and coach a team of Sales (RMs) and Operations staff.

• Drive growth in Insurance & Investment (Double I).

• Ensure full compliance with banking regulations and internal procedures.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in Retail Banking.

• Proven track record in Double I sales.

• Experience in managing both sales and operations is highly preferred.

• Strong leadership skills and a results-driven mindset.
