Broker/Trading Firm Customer Service Officer

Location: Central and Western District, Hong Kong
Salary: HK$25,000–30,000/month x 12 months + bonus (total package HK$27,000–32,000/month)

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Support required on public holidays with compensatory leave provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Address client inquiries related to equities, options, futures, and FX

• Provide guidance on trading systems and portal operations

• Demonstrate knowledge of the trading cycle, including funding processes, position transfers, corporate actions, and margin calculations

• Follow up on cases, coordinating with IT, Legal, and Clearing departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Fluency in English and Chinese

• Experience in a bank call centre (investment/trading team) will be considered

• Preference for candidates holding SFC Type 1, 2, or 3 licenses; exam sponsorship provided upon employment
