Customer Service Officer – Retail Banking (Inbound / No Sales)

Location: Hong Kong Office

Salary: HK$16,000 – $23,000 + Bonus

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Schedule: 5-Day Work Week (Mon–Sat, rotating shifts: 9am–6pm / 10am–7pm / 11am–8pm / 1pm–10pm)

Shift allowances provided for late hours!

The Opportunity

Looking to enter the banking industry without the pressure of sales targets? We are seeking Customer Service Professionals to join our bank’s Call Centre. This is a pure service role focusing on inbound support and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries regarding general banking products and services for both individual and corporate clients.

• Resolve customer complaints and provide professional solutions in a timely manner.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with digital banking navigation.

• Identify customer needs and refer potential cases to relevant branch or sales departments (No direct selling required).

Who We Are Looking For

• Banking Experience: Familiarity with banking products (e.g., Tellers, Digital Ambassadors, or Branch staff) is a major plus.

• Call Centre Background: Experience in large-scale call centres (e.g., HKT, PCCW, etc.) is highly welcomed.

• Customer-First Mindset: Patient, professional, and able to handle complaints with empathy.

• Language Skills: Proficient in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
