- Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels
- Provide career advice and guidance to job seekers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Understand clients' hiring needs and recommend suitable talent
- Manage the full recruitment process, from screening to interview coordination and offer management
- Develop business, consulting, and relationship management skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Fresh graduates are highly welcome to apply [Mentorship will be provided]
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, positive, and eager to learn
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Cantonese is preferred; however, candidates who do not speak Cantonese are also welcome to apply, provided they possess excellent spoken and written English communication skills
